We had a relatively quiet day today. Again it was very wet this morning, but the rain eased up this afternoon.
Penny, John and Alan went to a community lunch at Cusop Hall where they celebrated New Year on the other side of the world, counting down to new years as different countries reached midnight. I stayed back and dog sat, and very well behaved he was for me.
This afternoon Alan and I walked into Hay again and browsed shops and enjoyed being out in the fresh air. It really is a very pretty village.
